Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten In January 2005, the governor of Florida signed into law a bill creating a free program designed to prepare the state's four year-olds for kindergarten and to build the foundation for their educational success.  At Leaps and Bounds Learning Centers, we're proud of our commitment to Florida's Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (or "VPK") program.  We were one of the first providers in Central Florida to meet the stringent VPK provider qualifications and to offer the VPK program.  Each of our locations is an approved VPK provider for the current school year.  VPK class schedules and sizes vary from location to location.  Please contact us to help determine your child’s age eligibility for the VPK program and the class offerings in your area.
